SwedWire is market leader within specific niches and has a substantial and growing portion of export. SwedWire meets Lagercrantz' ambition to grow in proprietary products. SwedWire recorded sales of approximately SEK 80 million in 2009 and displayed good profitability. »
2010-05-13Lagercrantz has acquired Norwesco AB. Norwesco develops, produces and markets a niche assortment of electromagnetic products for the electronic and construction businesses. Norwesco has a sale of 50 MSEK with good profit. The acquisition of Norwesco increases the share of proprietary products and thereby adding value to the Group’s offerings. »
