Lagercrantz Group today has around 800 employees in 9 countries. In the group there is a deep belief in decentralisation and management by objectives. Further more, we see the benefit of solid core values and a strong team spirit within the group.
The management team of Lagercrantz has been around to all of the subsidiaries for two years, bringing out the vision, business concept, values, objectives and strategies. In the recent part of the project focus has been on the core values of Lagercrantz.
The common set of values reflects how we work and how look at business. It’s founded on the following wording:

Therese Johansson at the subsidiary Direktronik answered all questions correctly in the quiz about Lagercrantz and won by lottery a Playstation 3. The quiz was part of the project concerning core values and the prize was won by lottery among all people who had full score. Big congratulations from people all over the group are given by Magnus Söderlind.
