Converting class A shares

During the month of November the number of shares in Lagercrantz Group AB has changed due to shareholders request for conversion of 1,344 class A shares to corresponding number of class B shares.

After the conversion the total number of class A shares is 1,089,278 and class B shares 22,084,031. The number of shares and the number of votes in Lagercrantz Group AB are shown in the table below:
