Today Lagercrantz Group has acquired all the shares in the Danish company Skomø A/S.

Skomø develops, manufactures and markets graphic custom-designed imaging materials.  Customers consist of car dealers, real estate agents and retail businesses in Denmark. The company’s operations are based in Ebeltoft in Jutland and it generates annual sales of about MDKK 45 with good profitability.

“Skomø is a company with a strong position in its market niche and thus is well-suited to the Lagercrantz Group. We are very much looking forward to supporting Skomø in its continued expansion,” says Jörgen Wigh, President and CEO of Lagercrantz Group.

Tommy Bøgehøj, owner and CEO: “With Lagercrantz, we get a long-term and strong owner that shares our view of the company’s potential as well as our values. I am very confident about the future with Lagercrantz as owner.”

Skomø will form part of the Lagercrantz Communications division as from September 2016. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive addition to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
