Radonova Laboratories AB acquires the radon instruments operations of Gammadata Instrument AB

Lagercrantz Group’s subsidiary Radonova Laboratories AB has today acquired the radon measurement instruments operations of Swedish company Gammadata Instrument AB.

The radon measurement instruments unit of Gammadata Instrument AB is a market leader for providing different types of electronic instruments to measure radon gas concentration in air and in soil. During 2018, the operations has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 3.2 million.

"Through this acquisition, Radonova Laboratories has broadened its range of radon measurement technology. These products also support our internationalization." commented Karl Nilsson, CEO of Radonova Laboratories AB.

Radonova Laboratories AB is the global leader in measuring radon and is part of Lagercrantz Group’s division Communications. The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on the Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
