Lagercrantz acquires NST DK A/S

Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in the Danish company NST DK A/S.

NST is a niche player in the Danish market for electrical components and electromechanics. NST mainly sells to installation companies, but also to wholesalers and industrial customers. The company’s operations are based in Odense and it generates annual revenue of about MDKK 45 with good profitability.

“Lagercrantz acquires and develops businesses with leading positions in interesting niches, first and foremost in Northern Europe. We have recently expanded our activities in Denmark and in the other Nordic countries and we are pleased to have been able to acquire another strong and successful company in the Danish market. We intend to support the company in its ambition to develop and expand its operations,” says Jörgen Wigh, President and CEO of Lagercrantz Group.

NST will form part of the Lagercrantz Electronics division as from November 2017.The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive addition to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
