Power comes from people with enthusiasm, high motivation, strong will and genuine happiness.

In Lagercrantz Group we nurture a firmly rooted belief in decentralisation and management by objective. We also see the value of having a common values and the importance of all employees having a strong sense of community.

Lagercrantz Group’s management has worked on firmly establishing the Group’s vision, goals and strategies with all employees in every subsidiary over the past several years. During the latter part of the project the focus has been on Lagercrantz Group’s common values. The result has been good and all employees are now focusing on the Group’s common goals based on mutual values.

These values reflect how we work to solve our daily tasks. They rest on four concepts:

  • businessmanship
  • responsibility and individual freedom
  • simplicity and efficiency, and
  • willingness to change
