PST donates wood fired stoves to Ukraine

This year  PST AB -  Plåt & Spiralteknik i Torsås have chosen not to give traditional Christmas gifts. Instead, they are using their  resources to produce possibly lifesaving gifts to their fellow human beings in war-torn Ukraine.

They are producing and donating 48 wood fired stoves, which can be used both as a heating source, and cooking device by civilians as well as by soldiers in field duty. Winter is harsh for the Ukrainian people with rough weather and constant power losses, and PST have a great commitment in doing what they can to make lives just a little bit easier. in Ukraine.

PST have the material, and the machinery to produce the stoves in-house; and their employees are volunteering by manufacturing the stoves in their spare time. As an extra detail PST  have engraved each stove with the national coat of arms of Ukraine

The neighboring companies Conpipe and MP5 are also contributing by donating pipes for the chimney as well as volunteer workers to help PST with the assembly of the stoves.

In joint collaboration with Viking Toys, PST will send the stoves together with clothing, baby food, diapers, blankets, toys etc. And everything is shipped before Christmas.
